Good servicw but hotel is outdated and needs maintenance
Near the beach and other spots (family mart) Courteous and helpful staff.
Hotel is not maintain properly. The lock of the veranda’s sliding door is broken. Tho our room is located at 5th floor, still we feel that the room is not safe especially at night. Aircon is not so cold and needs maintenance. Aircon frame fell off on our last year, my husband just managed to put it back. Hot shower is not working at all. Card key/door is faulty and difficult to open. They said upon check in that buffet breakfast is from 6am, went down at 6am but waited for 15 mins before they open.
